Tasks
-Lead and/or guide project management marketing efforts where appropriate -Lead marketing efforts for the roadway discipline (preparation of Letter of Response and other Technical Proposals) -Direct roadway group resources to produce a quality product -Provide quality control reviews when necessary -Maintain responsible charge over multiple roadway projects -Cultivate the PGA culture -While performing the duties of this job including working on a computer, the employee is regularly required to sit for prolonged periods at a desk; use hands, handle, or feel, talk, and hear. -Mentor discipline staff and develop future leaders -Complete tasks and projects within expectations of Project Manager, Supervisor or Task Lead -Ensure quality product development -Direct and manage resources of the group -Track and encourages training and development of the group -Identify recruiting needs and participate in acquiring new hires -Assist in the strategy planning and growth of the PGA roadway group

Come take a major step forward in your career as you help shape PGA’s future! -Ability to effectively prioritize and assign work and meet deadlines -Ability to direct and mentor younger staff -Excellent ability to perform multiple tasks in an organized manner and concurrently at the direction of PGA’s Leadership Team -The employee is frequently required to stand and walk. -Registered Professional Engineer (PE) -The employee must be able to access and navigate each department at the organization’s facilities. -Excellent attention to detail and outstanding organizational skills -Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent from an ABET Accredited University, majoring in Civil or Environmental Engineering. -10+ years of progressively more complex post-registration engineering experience. -Ability to lead internal training programs -Excellent verbal communications skills and the ability to interact with a variety of clients and colleagues
