Diploma or degree in Architectural Technology or Architecture.
Strong understanding of building codes, accessibility, and lifesafety standards.
Stay current with building codes, construction methods, and industrial technologies.
OAA or LTOAA registration preferred.
Demonstrate experience with manufacturing, logistics, data centers, and other industrial facilities.
Ability to mentor and lead teams effectively.
Excellent Revit proficiency and BIM coordination experience.
