Design plumbing and fire protection systems including domestic water systems, sanitary drainage and vent systems, storm drainage systems, pumping systems, natural gas distribution systems, special fire suppression systems including clean agent (gaseous) systems
Perform plumbing and fire suppression system selections, prepare preliminary designs, and create performance specifications
Consult on areas such as the preparation of existing facility diligence, sustainability analyses, and feasibility reports
Perform design calculations; design plumbing systems to requirements of individual state and local municipality codes; produce documentation consistent with client requirements and standards specific to each project
Incorporate design changes using AutoCAD and Revit software
