This senior manager acts as the subject‑matter expert for federal, state and local regulatory compliance of LNG facilities, covering FERC, PHMSA and USCG requirements. Responsibilities include overseeing change programs, validating specifications, leading technical authority in 3D model reviews, HAZOPs, RCAs and LOPAs, and supporting engineering design, cost estimating and construction.
- Serve as regulatory compliance subject‑matter expert for LNG facility change programs, ensuring alignment with regulations and company specifications.
- Validate scopes of work for capital projects, maintenance and operations, confirming required credentials and regulatory obligations.
- Lead technical authority in 3D model reviews, HAZOPs, RCAs, LOPAs, and support engineering design, cost estimating and construction specifications.
- Review routine regulatory reports for accuracy with stakeholders.
- Develop capital project requests to improve compliance.
- Manage regulatory changes, assess technical impacts and propose facility modifications.
- Design and deliver technical training for regulatory compliance assurance.
- Maintain Company Specifications with Engineering, updating regulatory citations as needed.
- Support regulatory compliance assurance for federal, state and local audits and inspections.
- Identify compliance vulnerabilities, report risks to supervisors and business stakeholders.
- Collaborate with Operations and Engineering SMEs to address improvement areas from field assessments.
- Provide regulatory expertise for safety incident management and external reporting obligations.
- Assist functional groups with planning, process and control management.
- Share lessons learned with LNG Operations, Construction and engineering teams to promote safe, reliable operations.

Candidates need a Bachelor of Science in Engineering or 10+ years of LNG facility engineering or regulatory support experience, plus a minimum of ten years in design, commissioning, operations or compliance. They must be able to read and interpret P&IDs, PFDs, C&Es, one‑line diagrams, isometrics and civil/structural drawings, and be proficient with regulations such as 49 CFR 193, 33 CFR 127, NFPA 59A and ASME B31.3. A valid Transportation Worker Identification Credential (TWIC) is required.
The role demands strong research, written and oral communication, logistics, time‑management and safety awareness. Effective communication across operations, maintenance, engineering, human resources, regulators and other groups is essential, as is advanced computer proficiency with MS Office and e‑learning design tools. - Hold a BS in Engineering or 10+ years LNG facility engineering/regulatory experience.
- Minimum of 10 years combined experience in design, commissioning, operations or compliance.

- Proficient in LNG regulations (49 CFR 193, 33 CFR 127, NFPA 59A, ASME B31.3) and industry codes/standards.
- Possess a valid Transportation Worker Identification Credential (TWIC).

- Strong logistics, time‑management, planning and scheduling skills.
- High safety sensitivity in hazardous environments.
- Advanced proficiency with MS Office; experience with e‑learning design tools (Adobe Captivate, Articulate 360) preferred.
