- Prepare designs and calculations for electrical, telecom, and street lighting systems in line with utility authority standards.
- Present technical aspects of projects to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Perform lux calculations using DiaLux software.
- Design street lighting networks, including tunnel and underpass lighting.
- Develop telecom infrastructure and GSM coverage layouts.
- Produce written reports, methodologies, and case studies throughout the project lifecycle.
- Review drawings, reports, and specifications to ensure completeness and accuracy.
- Conduct site inspections to ensure quality and compliance with design specifications.
- Conduct electrical load calculations, LV schedules, voltage drop and cable de-rating assessments.
- Provide design updates and technical reviews to project managers and clients.
- Design HV, MV, and LV networks, including single-line diagrams and layout plans.
- Maintain ownership of electrical engineering analysis and design.

- Excellent communication skills and ability to work across diverse teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline.
- Proficiency in design software such as Dialux, ETAP, Amtech.
- Experience with tools like ProjectWise, Infraworks, Navisworks, OpenUtilities is a plus.
- Willingness to travel for short-term assignments.
- Familiarity with international codes and Saudi regulations.
- Strong technical expertise and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
- Experience with district cooling and load demand calculations.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in design-focused projects.
- Professionally qualified with an internationally recognized engineering institution.
