Requirements

HyperStrong International USA Corp is seeking a highly organized and proactive Office Manager to oversee the day-to-day administrative operations of our U.S. offices. The ideal candidate will ensure that staff, resources, and processes are well-coordinated, supporting a productive and collaborative work environment.

Based in the United States, work hybrid with 2-3 days a week in the office.

• Experience in the energy or technology sector is a plus.
• Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and office management software.
• Ability to manage staff and foster a collaborative, productive work environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• 3+ years of experience in office management or administrative roles.
• Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Chinese is a strong plus.
• Bachelor’s degree required, or equivalent experience in office administration.
