Provides water and wastewater services to Auckland, managing infrastructure, and ensuring water supply.
Customer service hub handling water connection applications, enquiries and compliance support.
To enter Domestic, Non-domestic, Relocation, Disconnection, IGC & Council applications into Watercare's (Infor) IPS system.
To capture as-builts (new assets).
To provide support with Compliance customers with phone queries and application status and general requests.
To assist the customer with any inquiries regarding applications, connections, developments, pre-construction, network connections or any other information required via all channels eg phones, emails etc.
To assist walk-in customer's who come into the office with incomplete applications and queries.
To manage customer experience for the online portal.
To maintain quality checks with the output of customer invoices.
To provide administrative support to the developer services team.
