They develop and administer a curriculum tailored to engineering competencies, organize transition meetings, graduations, and recognition events, and oversee conversion of interns to full‑time roles while facilitating community roundtables.
Required qualifications include a bachelor’s degree in engineering (mechanical, electrical, software, systems, or related) and at least eight years of progressive engineering experience, with three years in leadership or program‑management roles. Candidates must demonstrate collaborative leadership, a strong passion for people development, advanced computer skills (Microsoft Office, engineering software, AI tools), and facilitation experience developing blended learning solutions. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work across all organizational levels are essential. Preferred experience includes global cross‑functional work, established internal networks, managing remote teams, and prior individual contributor engineering roles.
