  • Customize/Configure EcoSys modules, settings, and workflows based on operational needs.
  • Monitor application performance, user satisfaction, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Define and lead product strategies and roadmaps for enterprise applications across departments and global business units.
  • Administer and configure EcoSys in Production and multiple non-Production environments.
  • Develop and maintain EcoSys API integrations with ERP platforms (e.g., Oracle EBS, Coupa).
  • Document application configurations, support procedures, and knowledge base materials.
  • Provide technical troubleshooting, end-user support, and ongoing platform education.
  • Represent the applications group in strategic planning and governance forums.
  • Lead and support EcoSys full life cycle implementations (design, development, deployment, support).
  • Oversee performance optimization, system architecture, and security improvements for multiple enterprise SaaS platforms.
  • Champion user-centric support practices and service improvement strategies across the enterprise.
  • Create custom reports, dashboards, and data visualizations tailored to business use cases.
  • Promote a culture of knowledge sharing, continuous learning, and digital innovation.
  • Evaluate market trends and licensing options to enhance platform value and user adoption.
  • Lead stakeholder engagement, application demos, internal marketing efforts, and training programs.
  • Guide internal teams and stakeholders in application design, support, and process optimization.
  • Translate business needs into actionable functional and technical requirements.
  • Collaborate with IT, engineering, and vendor teams to deliver scalable and secure product solutions.
  • Monitor EcoSys system performance, security, and coordinate upgrades and enhancements.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve application issues, collaborating with support teams and vendors.
  • Present product and platform updates to leadership, including financial impact and performance metrics.
  • Lead data migration and audit readiness efforts; ensure compliance with organizational standards.

  • 3 years of full life cycle EcoSys implementations including integrations with ERP systems.
  • Bachelor Degree in engineering, computer science or related degree and 8 years relevant experience Required
  • Strong attention to detail, facilitation, team building, collaboration, organization and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in SQL, JavaScript, and data visualization/reporting platforms.
  • 7 years of hands-on experience with EcoSys administration, configuration, and enhancement.
  • Excellent analytical skills.
  • Software development and programming experience required.
  • Consulting experience in the architectural, engineering and/or construction industries preferred.
  • Demonstrated critical thinking skills, ability to work methodically and analytically in a quantitative problem-solving environment.
  • Experience in REST APIs, web services, and integration tools.
  • Must demonstrate excellent oral and written communication skills; strong interpersonal skills; and the ability to clearly and effectively present complex information to all levels of employees, management, and clients.
  • Understanding of software and hardware system architecture.
