- Oversee execution of high-impact deliverables such as customer projects and process improvements.
- Drive team performance by anticipating future needs and implementing strategic initiatives to enhance service delivery.
- Ensure alignment with Lutron’s five principles and core values:
- Lead the development of lighting control and shading solutions for commercial, residential, and hospitality projects across specification, estimation, and post-sales stages.
- Champion continuous improvement through business case development, success metric definition, and process innovation.
- Lead departmental planning and development to align with long-term business goals.
