  • Produce creative, professional proposals and presentations for business development and preconstruction needs.
  • Facilitate regional business development meetings and collaborate across departments.
  • Oversee and manage CRM data and reporting in partnership with our Corporate PMO.
  • Develop and maintain marketing collateral, project profiles, and team resumes.
  • Conduct market and project research to support business planning and growth.
  • Lead and complete company-wide prequalification submittals and manage third-party platforms such as Avetta, ISNetworld, and TradeTapp.
  • Assist estimators with bid forms, proposal submissions, and gathering project metrics.

  • Interpersonal Skills: Collaborative team player with the ability to coordinate across departments and build positive relationships.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to draft reports and correspondence.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Creative Suite; experience with CRM systems is a plus.
  • Education/Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Communications, or related field, or 5+ years of relevant experience.
