Contribute to risk analysis using industry best practices such as Monte Carlo simulations and contingency draw-down curves.
Promote cross-functional collaboration and clear communication to ensure project cohesion and success.
Support contract administration including scope control, change management, and subcontractor/vendor coordination.

Ensure all project activities comply with corporate ethics, cybersecurity standards, import-export regulations, IP protections, and security clearance protocols.
Ensure governance and compliance throughout the supply chain, especially in packaging and delegation of work to global partners.
Assist in development and implementation of safety programs, training initiatives, and corrective action plans.
Act as a key liaison between Project Managers and internal/external stakeholders.
Partner with functional managers to recruit, train, and develop project personnel.
Collaborate on procurement strategies, contract scope, change control, and flow-down requirements.
Strengthen relationships with clients, partners, suppliers, and regulatory bodies to ensure alignment and transparency.
Uphold nuclear and industrial safety compliance.
Ensure compliance with contractual obligations and governance standards.

Degree in Engineering or Business Management
Proven experience in project delivery leadership, preferably in engineering, construction, or nuclear sectors.
Excellent communication, organizational, and stakeholder engagement skills.

Strong people management skills with a track record of developing high-performing teams.
Experience working in matrixed organizations and managing global partnerships.
