- Work with clients and internal teams to identify the best digital or GIS-based solution for their needs. This will involve conducting workshops and producing documentation throughout the implementation lifecycle.
- Perform data analysis, create web-based GIS products, produce documentation communicating findings and recommendations, and build out knowledge of database development and programming.

- Solid foundational knowledge of SQL
- Experience managing delivery of a defined scope of work
- Excellent problem solver
- Bachelor's Degree, preferably STEM related
- Ability to work independently to develop solutions to problems using relevant technologies
- Ability to work on a team of people with a variety of backgrounds and expertise
- Experience architecting GIS based solutions
- Minimum of 5 of experience leading GIS or data management implementations and being the point of contact for users or other stakeholders
- The ideal candidate will be comfortable in a client facing role and have experience creating guides and documentation. They will also be highly organized as they will be supporting multiple projects concurrently.
- Detail Oriented
- Solid foundational knowledge of Python or R
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
- Experience with the Office 365 suite of tools
- Experience managing budgetary considerations
- Strong technical GIS skills, especially the ESRI Suite of Products.
- The candidate will have demonstrated experience in information management and geographic information systems. Experience with the ESRI suite of desktop, web, and mobile tools and technologies is a must for this position. Experience with data analysis or database development is also a plus.
