- Develop forms and instructions for evaluating, assessing, reporting, and documenting quality standards and processes.
- Develop and implement quality standards to ensure products meet or exceed customer expectations and industry regulations.
- Review codes, specifications, and processes to ensure compliance and identify opportunities for enhancement.
- Identify the root cause of quality problems and coordinate modifications or other corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
- Collaborate with internal teams, such as production, engineering, and customer service, to improve product quality and increase customer satisfaction.

- Identify non-conformities and deviations from quality standards and develop corrective actions, solutions, and process improvements.
- Provide guidance and support to employees regarding quality control procedures and best practices.
- Conduct thorough inspections and tests of materials, equipment, processes, and products to ensure compliance with quality specifications.
- Monitor and analyze quality performance metrics to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement.
- Design and implement effective quality control systems to monitor and manage product quality throughout the production process.
- Maintain accurate and comprehensive records of quality control activities and results.
