Director - Development (ROW Coordination) (MAS5-MDUWFP260173)

Description

• Conduct site visits, assess compliance with the target operating model and advise leadership on anomalies and / or stage gate requirements
• Coordination of Districts Project Control Groups; custodian of the reports arising from PCG meetings
• Mentor, coach, motivate and challenge team players providing opportunities for growth and development including Saudi Graduates
• Oversee the stakeholder engagement and management, at a strategic level
• Train and mentor project team members on ROW processes and guidelines
• Responsible for attaining NOCs for District assets from other Districts. Likewise, point of contact and cooridnator for issuance of NOCs to others
• Custodian of Utility Demand coordination and change control process
• Engage with key stakeholders, government entities, operators and other Qiddiya districts teams

Requirements

• Strong understanding of local regulations, legal processes, and compliance requirements regarding ROW
• Exceptional project management and organizational skills
• A minimum of 10-15 years of experience in major infrastructure or a similar field
• Demonstrated expertise in coordination of rights-of-way for large-scale projects
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field (Master's preferred)
• Proficiency in project management and GIS software applications
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage stakeholder expectations effectively
