Conduct site visits, assess compliance with the target operating model and advise leadership on anomalies and / or stage gate requirements
Coordination of Districts Project Control Groups; custodian of the reports arising from PCG meetings
Mentor, coach, motivate and challenge team players providing opportunities for growth and development including Saudi Graduates
Oversee the stakeholder engagement and management, at a strategic level
Train and mentor project team members on ROW processes and guidelines
Responsible for attaining NOCs for District assets from other Districts. Likewise, point of contact and cooridnator for issuance of NOCs to others
Custodian of Utility Demand coordination and change control process
Engage with key stakeholders, government entities, operators and other Qiddiya districts teams

Strong understanding of local regulations, legal processes, and compliance requirements regarding ROW
Exceptional project management and organizational skills
A minimum of 10-15 years of experience in major infrastructure or a similar field
Demonstrated expertise in coordination of rights-of-way for large-scale projects
Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field (Master's preferred)
Proficiency in project management and GIS software applications
Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage stakeholder expectations effectively
