The foreman will also assist in scheduling, ensure crew timecards are completed, supervise operators, and provide leadership and coaching to a diverse team.
Mortenson is seeking an Operator Foreman who will operate heavy equipment as directed while adhering to all safety policies and procedures. The role involves planning, organizing, and directing operators to meet project, state, and federal requirements.
Candidates must hold equipment certifications, have at least two years of related experience, and possess a valid driver's license with necessary endorsements. Strong teamwork, communication skills, the ability to read safety and technical manuals, basic math skills, and the physical capacity to perform repetitive movements and lift up to 50 pounds are required. Over 50‑pound lifts must be assisted, and visa sponsorship is not available.
