The General Manager will act as the primary point of contact for the Aurora Place asset, addressing concerns, managing expectations and driving exceptional service with a strong focus on customer retention. This role oversees all aspects of the property management agreement, ensuring it is understood and complied with across both assets.
Key responsibilities include overseeing financial performance, leasing, tenant relations and building maintenance, while managing budgets, expenses and revenue streams to maximise results. The GM will lead and inspire a multi‑level team of managers, supervisors and concierge staff, ensure compliance with laws and industry standards, and implement risk‑management plans to resolve issues promptly.
- Serve as primary contact for the asset, addressing concerns and ensuring exceptional service.
- Ensure compliance with the property management agreement and all relevant regulations.
- Oversee financial performance, leasing, tenant relations, and building maintenance for both assets.
- Manage budgets, expenses, and revenue streams to maximise financial results.
- Lead and develop the Aurora Place team, including managers, supervisors and concierge staff.
- Implement risk‑management plans and resolve issues within defined timeframes.

The ideal candidate holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration, real estate or a related field and a NSW real estate licence. Proven experience as a General Manager of premium or A‑grade assets, deep knowledge of commercial real‑estate operations, leasing and property management, and insight into Sydney’s premium‑grade market trends are required.
