Project Administrator

Description

• Provide administrative support to all team members working directly with the project manager
• Communicate with clients, consultants, and regulatory agencies
• Schedule and attend project meetings; compose, edit, and post meeting notes
• Serve as primary gatekeeper for document posting, coordinating uploads, downloads, file transfers, and reprographics
• Review, monitor, and maintain the document file structure
• Coordinate team travel arrangements as needed
• Arrange delivery of drawings, specifications, and other project documents
• Handle miscellaneous administrative duties such as correspondence, filing, and archiving
• Manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment

Requirements

• Possess 10–15 years of A/E industry project or administrative support experience
• Hold a BA or BS degree or higher (preferred)
• Demonstrate a collaborative demeanor and integrate into a diverse, creative team
• Understand the design project process
• Be detail‑oriented, highly organized, and capable of multitasking
• Exhibit excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Expertly use complex calendar/scheduling functions in Microsoft Outlook
• Maintain strong computer skills with mastery of the Microsoft Office Suite

Benefits

The hourly range for this role is anticipated to be between $36.00 and $41.00, with final compensation determined by skills, qualifications, and experience. This position requires the individual to be based in the United States.
