Administers meter reading and wholesale billing, ensuring accurate data and customer resolution.

Tasks

-Investigate accounts without meter readings and coordinate with internal and external parties to ensure readings are collected -Resolve any issues that may arise from incorrect meter readings in a timely and effective manner and liaise with meter read contractors, the billing team and other internal stakeholders to resolve meter reading queries -Maximise the number of meter reads received through planning, analysis and reporting -Obtain wholesale feedback, ensuring updates to our systems are completed and providing feedback and resolution to our customers -Liaise with multiple Wholesale Service Desks for all administrative requirements and changes to ensure accounts are billed accurately

What You Bring

-Experience in a Billing or Customer Contact setting -Experience in using Microsoft Excel -Educated to GCSE grade A-C or equivalent in English and Maths -Clear and concise communicator -Customer Awareness including geographical appreciation
