  • Oversee subcontractor performance evaluations and ensure QMS integrity
  • Conduct inspections, identify corrective/preventive actions, and follow up to ensure resolution
  • Prepare and document quality plans, policies, procedures, and subcontractor activities
  • Promote quality awareness and safeguard proprietary information
  • Act as primary liaison with customers regarding quality issues and compliance
  • Administer and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS) in alignment with ISO 9001:2015 standards
  • Lead internal audits and verify preventive maintenance records
