Each day you will meet your crew at 7:00 AM, travel in a company vehicle to homes and businesses, and clean windows and perform other exterior services. The work involves ladders, heights, and outdoor conditions, and you will interact professionally with customers while representing a clean, premium brand. After the job, the team returns to the office.
This entry-level, hands-on position requires no prior experience and is focused on outdoor work. It is ideal for dependable individuals who take pride in punctuality, hard work, and representing a professional brand in high-end neighborhoods. We will provide training; you bring the work ethic.
We seek candidates with a strong work ethic, comfort with physical labor and heights, and the ability to lift and carry ladders up to 30 lb. Punctuality, dependability, teamwork, a positive and coachable attitude, and reliable transportation are required.
The role follows clear professional standards to ensure a positive customer experience. Employees must be alert, substance-free, present a clean appearance, have appropriate tattoos, and pass a background check.
The shift starts sharply at 7:00 AM, Monday through Friday, with occasional Saturdays during the busy season. Pay ranges from $18 to $23 per hour plus performance bonuses. Reliable early-morning attendance and the ability to perform physical work are essential.
