  • Support testing, and troubleshooting during production and commissioning
  • Generate bills of materials (BOMs) and documentation packages for production and customers.
  • Routing power and control wiring to minimize interference and maintain code compliance.
  • Plan DIN rail, terminal block, and assembly for logical signal flow and clean wiring.
  • Work with Technical Leader to establish effective work plan, including time estimates, requirements, and work processes.
  • Select appropriate components (relays, circuit breakers, terminal blocks, etc.) based on application and standards.
  • Ensure designs comply with relevant codes and standards (UL508A, NEC, CE, IEC, etc.).
  • Create detailed electrical schematics, panel layout drawings, and wiring diagrams using CAD software
  • Deliver high quality engineering mechanical cabinet drawings utilized in the retrofit applications of new I&C Electronic System replacement.
  • Design enclosure layouts and cooling solutions to manage heat dissipation for solid-state devices

This individual will focus on developing high-integrity panel solutions used in safety-critical applications, ensuring that all work meets strict regulatory and technical requirements.

  • 3+ years of experience in electrical/control panel design.
  • Experience in Nuclear
  • Experience with ERP systems for BOM management
  • Associate/Bachelor/Master’s degree in Mechatronics, CAD/CAM, Electrical Engineering
  • Proficient with CAD tools (Autodesk Inventor, CREO, Pro-panel).
  • PLM, PDM, ERP: CAD File Management, Document Control, BOM management & Engineering Change Management
