Senior Environmental Consultant (offshore renewables)

Description

• Support project management activities, including scheduling, budgeting, and reporting.
• Manage project tasks and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to produce high-quality outputs.
• Deliver and coordinate Environmental Impact Assessments (EIA) and Habitats Regulations Assessments (HRA) for offshore wind projects, ensuring compliance with UK and international regulations.
• Engage directly with clients, regulators, and stakeholders, providing clear advice and building strong professional relationships.
• Contribute to innovation in environmental assessment methodologies and help shape best practices within the offshore renewables sector.

Requirements

• Experience in the post-consent project delivery
• Excellent written and verbal communication, organisational, analytical and time management skills
• Demonstratable experience in the delivery of EIAs and the consenting process, ideally for nationally significant infrastructure schemes and offshore wind,
• Robust project management and financial management skills
• Experience working with a variety of stakeholders
• Good interpersonal skills
