As a Territory Manager, MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) you will join the US Commercial Field Sales team, operating as a remote/field worker responsible for a portfolio of MEP accounts. Your daily activities will include in‑person account visits, strategic routing based on Salesforce, Power BI, and ShowPad data, and cultivating relationships with key decision makers, regional managers, and MEP NAMs.
Key responsibilities include executing Go‑to‑Market strategies, achieving sales targets for power tools, hand tools, accessories, and supporting regional chains, as well as delivering product training to distributors and end‑users. You will also manage travel, expense, and MAP budgets, ensure accurate Salesforce documentation, and leverage field resources to identify conversion opportunities.
The ideal candidate holds a bachelor’s degree (business or engineering preferred) with at least three years of product, commercial, or industrial sales experience. You must be willing to travel up to 50 % locally and 30 % overnight, possess a valid driver’s license, pass background checks, and be able to lift up to 50 lb while standing for extended periods.
