As a Cybersecurity Analyst Intern, you’ll develop hands-on expertise in safeguarding OT systems that support vital infrastructure. You’ll aid in appraising industrial control systems, conducting vulnerability assessments, and ensuring compliance with established frameworks (IEC 62443, NIST, Cyber Kill Chain). This position provides an opportunity to contribute to major infrastructure initiatives while honing your technical and consulting proficiencies in a global corporation.   • Familiarity with vulnerability scanning or penetration testing concepts.
  • We seek students who are diligent, meticulous, and passionate about cybersecurity for critical infrastructure.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Comfortable working with technical data and summarizing insights for different audiences.
  • Candidate must be eligible to work in Canada without the need for employer sponsored work authorization now or in the future
  • Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Information Security, or other related fields.
  • Strong analytical, research, and problemsolving skills.
  • Collaborative approach, with ability to work in multidisciplinary teams.
  • Coursework or projects involving OT, SCADA, IoT/IIoT, or industrial networks an asset.
  • Familiarity with cybersecurity principles, frameworks, or standards (IEC 62443, NIST, ISO 27001).
Benefits

Toronto Hiring Range - The good faith base salary hiring range for this job if performed in Toronto is $21 to $38 per hour. This range is commensurate with experience, educational background, and skill level. Benefits are not included in the base salary. Please note hiring ranges for candidates performing work outside of Toronto will differ.
