Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of healthcare regulations, delivery methods, and cost drivers.
Build and mentor high‑performing teams; lead recruitment, development, and retention strategies.
Delegate active participation in healthcare trade associations and forums to raise XL’s profile.
Oversee financial reporting, forecasting, and profitability measures across portfolio.
Negotiate contracts with owners and subcontractors to optimize risk and margin.
Embed and elevate XL’s safety-first culture on every project and across all teams.

Natural ambassador of organizational culture, ethics, and safety excellence.

Demonstrated ability to manage large/complex and multiple simultaneous projects profitably.
Skilled in business development, pursuit leadership, client management, and market positioning.
Deep understanding of preconstruction strategy, contract types, risk mitigation, and cost control.
Proven track record building and developing successful project teams.
Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
