The Maintenance Supervisor leads all maintenance operations for a community, handling service requests, preventative maintenance, staff and vendor coordination, safety compliance and resident service. Reporting to the Community Manager, the supervisor ensures timely repairs, maintains inventory, oversees the maintenance shop, and participates in emergency on‑call duties.
The role requires regular on‑site presence and the ability to perform physically demanding tasks such as lifting or moving objects over 100 lb, navigating tight spaces, climbing ladders, and working in various weather conditions. Availability for overtime, weekends and on‑call emergencies is essential.
Applicants must hold a High School Diploma or equivalent, possess EPA and CPO certifications (HVAC preferred), have basic computer skills and understand Fair Housing and OSHA regulations. Reliable transportation is required for emergency response.
Compensation includes an hourly rate of $23–$25 plus a comprehensive total‑rewards package that features medical, dental, vision, life, accidental and disability insurance, 401(k) with employer match, performance bonuses, paid sick leave and company holidays.
