What you would be doing

  • Monitoring compliance with safety laws and specific environmental and safety regulations / behavioral norms Safety First, SLPA, Near Miss Program.
  • Support machine problem solving activities and repairs
  • Contributing to the optimization and continuous improvement of production processes using lean tools, motivating employees for continuous improvement (CI culture)
  • Fulfilling of the quality and management system
  • Optimization and continuous improvement of processes in collaboration with other organizational functions
  • Leading and participation of Tier meetings
  • Monitor and support department KPIs (Safety, OEE, Quality, etc.)
  • Initiating the escalation process in case of issues
  • Waste management (right separation of different materials copper, steel, ...)
  • Coordination with SCM interfaces for raw material and shipping
  • Manage spare parts and maintenance activities
  • Training of new operators
  • Meeting the requirements of the business systems in the responsible area
  • Responsibility for production quality and operator inspection

  • Years and area of experience required: At least 3 years of working experience
