Floor Assembly Technician (Junior Executive)

Description

• You'll be responsible to organize and manufacture of the product as per the production plan within the framework of policies and guidelines of Siemens Energy India Ltd with the objective of utilization of available resources.
• You'll ensure the abnormalities/flaws are taken care during short time or communicated to concerned team member IN ORDER TO ensure that production plans are met in time.
• You’ll act as a support for Audits & Quality Improvements
• You'll ensure the assemblies are made as per the assembly work instruction IN ORDER TO ensure that defined quality norms are met.
• You'll ensure the tools and resources are used in efficient manner IN ORDER TO ensure that defined norms are met.
• You'll work Ensuring adherence to safety and EHS norms on shop floor IN ORDER TO reduce accidents to ensure environmental protection on shop floor.
• You'll Assemble the assemblies and sub-assemblies of High Voltage Circuit Breaker, Drives & Sub-assemblies IN ORDER TO execute manufacturing as per production plan.

Requirements

• You’ve good communication skills with excellent team work spirit.
• You are a Diploma Engineer (Mechanical or Electrical)
• You've 1 - 3 years’ experience in Assembly area on shop-floor.
