Serve as a day-to-day client contact, helping facilitate meetings, gather project information, and provide basic project updates.
Foster a collaborative team environment by supporting communication, problem-solving, and efficient project delivery.
Coordinate with public agencies, utilities, subconsultants, and regulatory reviewers.
Coordinate internal design efforts by assigning tasks to engineers and technicians and monitoring progress.
Track project performance, help prepare invoicing, and maintain accurate project documentation.
Support QA/QC by reviewing plans, calculations, and technical deliverables.
Contribute to proposal development by assisting with technical content, resumes, project descriptions, and cost inputs.
Prepare design documents, reports, cost estimates, and permitting packages.
Manage small to mid-sized water/wastewater projects with oversight from senior project managers.
Assist in developing project scopes, schedules, and budgets while ensuring adherence to quality standards.

5+ years of experience in water/wastewater, municipal infrastructure, or related infrastructure projects.
EIT required; PE license preferred or actively in progress.
Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
Experience working with municipalities, utilities, or public-sector agencies.
Proficiency with AutoCAD, Civil 3D, Microsoft Office.
Ability to manage multiple tasks, stay organized, and maintain project momentum.
Strong communication and coordination skills with the ability to work directly with clients under moderate guidance.
