Coordinate/Schedule 2nd and 3rd tier trade partners and ensure their work is being performed to Pepper’s safety and quality standards.
Complete time sheets for all tradesmen on crew and submit to payroll.
Perform daily THA with crew.
Ensure requirements of Pepper’s Quality program are being met.
Complete T&M tickets for activities that are out of scope and submit to GC Superintendent for signature regularly.
Ensure Pepper’s Safety requirements are being met by SPG crew and its 2nd and 3rd tier trade partners.
Attend/Participate in Project Daily Huddles and weekly Trade Partner Coordination Meetings.
