  • Comply with HDR ethical standards for employees and the American Society for Quality (ASQ) Code of Ethics for Certified Quality Auditor (CQA).
  • Maintain confidentiality of the audit
  • Conduct on-site audits at various office locations, approximately 50% required travel
  • Manage assigned annual budgets to expectations
  • Effectively manage and protect the validity of the audit data and secure against unintended use or alterations
  • Maintain organized documentation to evidence the performance of QMS audits and effectively communicate the results to Stakeholders
  • Complete QMS Audit activities in accordance with the Internal Audit Process Manual, including the adherence to the defined Internal Auditor Duties and Responsibilities
  • Make recommendations to management regarding potential improvements to the audit process
  • Support the Quality Office as a resource for promoting quality culture

  • Professional Bachelor's degree
  • Strong skills in MS tools: Excel, PowerPoint, Access
  • Passion for quality; committed to continuous improvement; understands and embraces HDR's QMS.
  • Certification or able to obtain certification as a Certified Quality Auditor
  • Experience executing Quality conformance or audits within the A/E industry
  • At least one year experience as a Lead Auditor in the A/E industry
