Provide leadership, guidance and training to QAQC personnel; monitor performance, and identify skills, training, and capabilities needed for QAQC activities.
Direct preparation, issue and maintain project QA/QC program manual and procedures in compliance with Parsons and customers’ quality requirements, and ensure that these are implemented effectively.
Verifies actions taken in response to issues to assure adequacy of completed actions
Direct and coordinate efforts to initiate (and maintain) Project ISO 9001 QMS certification.
Reviews and reports on new or revised regulatory requirements and their impact on the established QA program
Participates in QA Audits, surveillances, and self-assessments
Interface with other Parsons EMEA Quality Assurance Managers as member of Corporate Quality Working Group to maintain the PACE Quality Guide and advance the overall performance of quality at Parsons.
Provide input to management on organization performance metrics, and process or procedural system improvements.
Prevents quality problems by identifying risks and recommending improvements to correct potential deficiencies or program weaknesses
Monitors project engineering, safety, environmental, procurement, construction, testing, operations, and other activities to evaluate the quality of products, activities and program effectiveness.
Act as liaison with customers, contractors and/or internal departments on quality related matters.
Ensure that Parsons and customers’ quality requirements are met for products and services provided, by verifying compliance with quality standards and quality program requirements.
As Audit Team Leader (ATL) prepare, plan, and perform external audits of internal and external organizations
Recommend and ensure implementation of appropriate corrective action to quality issues, in coordination with company management.
Identify and report to executive management, quality issues or trends based on data from a variety of sources.
Develops and Implements corrective actions for condition reports assigned to Quality

Knowledge of the application of corrective action for conditions adverse to quality
