Effectuer les entrées quotidiennes dans le système de GMAO et gérer les activités d’entretien en collaboration avec les responsables du site.
Vérifier les rapports d’activités des employés et planifier les ressources nécessaires.
Superviser et conseiller les équipes pour optimiser l’efficacité et atteindre les objectifs de performance énergétique.
Recevoir et assigner les appels de service.
Assurer la présence sur site pour répondre aux besoins administratifs liés aux employés (paie, assurances, horaires, remplacements, feuilles de temps, etc.).
Organiser les horaires de travail et optimiser la gestion des équipes.
Produire des rapports périodiques incluant : suivi des appels de service, événements importants, dossiers prioritaires, inspections annuelles et travaux hors contrat.
