The Installer I works with the crew to set up manufactured homes, including removing protective wrap, handling exterior items, assisting with tire, axle and tongue removal, loading and unloading materials, organizing tools and trucks, installing vapor barriers, gathering pier materials, and performing masonry work under supervision.
Ideal candidates enjoy working outdoors, can climb ladders, crawl under homes, lift up to 50 lb, and are comfortable using hand and power tools such as hammers, levels, drills, and impact wrenches. A positive, team‑oriented attitude is essential.
