Lead PLM system rollout and ensure robust change control.
Manage creation and change of design data across ERP and CAD platforms.
Oversee CAD, PLM & ERP systems impacting all product SKUs.

Certifications in digital systems, PLM, ERP, or process improvement (preferred)
Familiarity with SAP ECC and S/4HANA; experience with FIORI apps is a strong plus
Comfortable collaborating across internal teams including Design, R&D, Purchasing, IT, Finance, Sales, Supply Chain, and Manufacturing
Advanced proficiency in Autodesk Inventor and/or SolidWorks
Proven leadership experience in design roles within manufacturing or engineering environments
Demonstrated ability to lead change and drive digital transformation initiatives
Experience in water heating or appliance design within a manufacturing setting is highly desirable
Able to engage with external partners such as suppliers, IT contractors, and certification bodies
Practical experience with PLM systems and BOM management
Degree or technical qualification in Mechanical, Mechatronics, or a related engineering field
Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills across technical and non-technical teams
