  • Identify opportunities to optimize production processes, enhance efficiency, and reduce costs while maintaining quality standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements and lean manufacturing principles.
  • Participate in regular production meetings to discuss challenges, propose solutions, and drive process improvements.
  • Maintain accurate production records, including production reports, performance metrics, and any relevant documentation.
  • Collaborate with the production team to schedule and prioritize manufacturing activities based on customer orders, production capacity, and deadlines.
  • Work closely with the quality control team to ensure adherence to established quality standards and procedures.
  • Generate reports on production output, efficiency, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Prepare and present production-related reports to management as required.
  • Conduct regular inspections of production processes and products to identify and resolve any quality issues promptly.
  • Collaborate with the quality control team to implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and efficiency.
  • Monitor production progress, ensuring adherence to established schedules and adjusting as necessary to meet changing demands.
  • Communicate with various departments, such as purchasing, planning, and logistics, to ensure the availability of materials and resources needed for production.
