- Coordinating and scheduling civils related tasks into the existing BT network.
- Dealing with client requests in all aspects of the project and escalating any issues to the Programme Manager, when required.
- Answering any queries from the client
- Ensuring that all engineers are organised, have the relevant site access and job packs for jobs they have been allocated.

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management, as the role involves coordinating with field teams, clients, and internal departments.
- Proficiency in planning, use of systems – such as MS Excel.

- Knowledge of health and safety standards and operational compliance within the sector is a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple workstreams and adapt to changing priorities.
