Description

The role supports the area/team using established technical capabilities. Responsibilities include delivering delegated elements of the annual business plan to deadlines and budget, assisting the design manager with design review data and KPIs, providing operational delivery of regional work‑winning strategies, ensuring management systems and project roles are followed, collating and presenting data for management reviews, handling general administration for design management, and working collaboratively toward net‑zero carbon transition.

• Deliver delegated elements of the annual business plan on time and within budget.
• Assist the design manager in presenting design review data and KPIs to leadership.
• Support operational delivery of regional work‑winning strategies.
• Ensure adherence to management systems, roles, and responsibilities.
• Collate, analyse, and present data for management reviews.
• Provide general administration for design management functions.
• Contribute to net‑zero carbon transition by identifying and managing emissions.

You’ll need a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering and relevant field experience.
