- Report to and receive support from the Sectional Construction Manager.
- Ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality delivery of structural works.
- Lead a team comprising a Sub Agent and Engineers, each managing specific disciplines within the section.
- Take ownership of the delivery of West highways, ensuring alignment with the overall project programme.

- Hold a degree or HND in Civil Engineering or related field.
- Experience of highways infrastructure schemes.
- Familiar with NEC4 contracts and digital tools (MS Office 365, document control systems).
- Strong understanding of engineering principles, construction methods, and temporary works.
- Demonstrate strong programme management and coordination across multiple construction disciplines.
- SMSTS certified with a valid CSCS Card.
- Working towards or holding a professional qualification (e.g., IEng, CEng).
