Manage commercial activities, cost reconciliations, and stakeholder relationships.

Essential: BSc/MSc in Quantity Surveying or equivalent experience.
Previous experience or exposure to NEC Contracts.
Piling/Earthworks/Civils experience.
Ideally working towards or holding professional membership (RICS, ICES, CIOB).
Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to interpret technical drawings.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills with a focus on achieving results.
Previous commercial experience and industry knowledge are desirable.
