Enters leads in CRM, ensuring accurate traffic data and reporting.
Encourages renewals from existing residents.
Verifies applicant suitability (credit/income checks).
Ensures properties and vacant suites are “show-ready.”
Greets clients at the rental office.
Meets/exceeds monthly rental goals.
Responds to rental inquiries via various channels.
Collaborates with marketing and revenue management to optimize media use and trends.
Collects rent deposits (varies by province).
Conducts comparison shops with competitors.

High School Diploma is required. Post-secondary education in a sales or marketing discipline would be considered an asset.
High energy with a desire to work in a fast-paced environment
Maintains knowledge of Minto products and communities.
Optimizes occupancy.
Valid Driver’s license and vehicle is preferred
Availability to work evenings and weekends
Rental Property Management License with BCFSA
Adheres to applicable legislation (Health and Safety, WHMIS, AODA, PIPEDA, Human Rights).
A minimum of two (2) years of sales experience
Proficiency in Salesforce and Yardi is considered an Asset
