Sr. Project Architect/Project Manager

Description

• Serve as the primary liaison for clients, consultants, and internal teams.
• Manage project scope, schedules, budgets, and staffing.
• Present design concepts to clients and communities.
• Lead design and documentation for small to midsize projects in healthcare and education.
• Oversee construction documentation and ensure quality control.
• Coordinate with consultants and regulatory agencies.
• Mentor junior staff and contribute to a collaborative studio culture.

Requirements

We are seeking experienced, creative Project Managers / Project Architects with a passion for designing environments that enhance well-being and learning in local communities. • Licensed Architect (MA preferred).
• Experience with high-performance building design.
• Proficiency in Revit, Bluebeam, MS Office Suite, and project management tools.
• Sustainable design and LEED accreditation.
• Ability to manage fee proposals and contracts.
• Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
• 8-12+ years of experience in architectural design and/or project management.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture.
• Knowledge of BIM workflows and construction administration.
• Familiarity with Massachusetts public school design standards and the public bid process.
• Experience with K-12 education projects (ideally with MSBA).
