The Payroll Analyst works within TransTech’s centralized Shared Services payroll function, handling weekly, bi‑weekly, and monthly payrolls in ADP Workforce Now. The role’s primary focus is on Davis‑Bacon and prevailing‑wage compliance and certified payroll reporting for multiple projects and jurisdictions. Success requires meticulous attention to detail, the ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment, and flexibility as the organization grows through acquisitions.
In addition to processing payroll, the analyst ensures multi‑state compliance, supports internal controls, and contributes to continuous‑improvement initiatives by identifying recurring issues and recommending automation. The position also assists with the integration of newly acquired businesses, documenting standard operating procedures and participating in system testing and pay‑group setup.
