  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and business opportunities to support strategic growth.
  • Collaborate with recruitment teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Achieve quarterly and annual sales targets.
  • Develop and present customized talent solutions to clients based on their hiring needs.
  • Identify, target, and secure new client accounts across UAE and GCC markets in staffing and recruitment.
  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships through regular follow-ups and consultative engagement.
  • Lead RFP/RFQ processes, commercial negotiations, and contract execution.

Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, or related field

Experience: Minimum 5 years in a similar role

  • Proven record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • 5+ years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in staffing, recruitment, or manpower outsourcing.
  • Knowledge of UAE and GCC recruitment markets.
  • Excellent networking, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Native or fluent Arabic speaker with strong English communication skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, or related field.
  • Ability to work independently under a hybrid work model (office and remote).
