🔹 Oversee RFIs, submittals, drawing updates, change orders, and quality control
🔹 Build strong relationships that support repeat business and long-term partnerships
🔹 Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and cost controls
🔹 Proactively identify and resolve project issues before they impact schedule or budget
🔹 Coordinate closely with field teams, design partners, owners, and vendors
🔹 Manage all phases of construction projects from preconstruction through closeout
🔹 Travel 30%+ to project sites across Texas
🔹 Drive OAC meetings and communicate project status to stakeholders
🔹 Lead subcontractor buyout, contract negotiations, and procurement
✔️ Proficiency in construction software (Procore, Bluebeam, or similar)
✔️ Willingness and flexibility to travel frequently to project sites
