The Service Technician role performs technical and mechanical work to ensure that buildings, grounds, amenities, and common areas meet Greystar’s standards for cleanliness, safety, appearance, and functionality. The position handles resident service requests, preventative maintenance, and the preparation of vacant units for new occupants while adhering to company policies and code requirements.
Incumbents must be able to stand, walk, bend, climb ladders and lift up to 25 lb independently (or 50 lb with assistance) while working in both indoor and outdoor environments under all weather conditions. The schedule is flexible and may include on‑call duties during evenings, weekends, and holidays, with occasional travel to support other properties or attend training.
The hourly wage ranges from $21.00 to $23.00 and is supplemented by bonus programs that vary by corporate or onsite roles.
