We are seeking a candidate with strong experience leading site‑work preconstruction on complex, alternative‑delivery projects. The role will drive site‑work estimates, earthwork and dewatering plans, constructability reviews, and risk analysis while serving as a subject‑matter expert for clients, designers, and engineers. The ideal candidate will mentor a small team and manage schedules, quantities, and subcontractor pricing.
- Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline or equivalent trade experience; civil engineering preferred.
- Minimum 4 years of progressive construction cost‑estimating experience; at least 6 months on‑site preferred.
- Expertise interpreting geotechnical reports and site‑work specifications.
- Strong knowledge of site‑work construction methods, drawings, materials, and procedures.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with design consultants, stakeholders, and subcontractors.
- Proficiency with estimating software, advanced Microsoft Office skills, and aptitude for new technology.
