This is a hands-on, relationship-driven role — spending time across assets, engaging with tenants, contractors, and internal teams, and ensuring nothing slips through the cracks.
- Conduct regular site inspections and ensure compliance registers are current and auditable
- Build and maintain strong relationships with tenants and stakeholders
- Monitor budgets, forecasts, and asset business plans to support strategic decision-making
- Manage the performance and presentation of commercial and industrial assets across NSW and QLD
- Provide accurate monthly reporting and commentary to senior management
- Work closely with the facilities and projects teams to ensure smooth operations and timely completion of maintenance or capital works
- Oversee lease compliance, renewals, and tenant onboarding/offboarding
