team management
  • Prepare technical reports, performance summaries, and presentation material for internal stakeholders and leadership reviews.
  • Drive technology development for electrodes, membranes, coatings, and catalysts to improve efficiency, durability, and cost.
  • Lead core R&D programs on electrochemical devices (electrolysers, fuel cells, batteries) with focus on component and system-level innovation.
  • Design, plan, and execute experiments related to electrochemical performance, degradation studies, and material qualification.
  • Drive intellectual property creation—file patents, write disclosures, and contribute to publications.
  • Manage a team of scientists and engineers to meet project milestones and technology readiness levels (TRL).
  • Oversee single-cell, short-stack, and full-stack testing with deep understanding of SEC, overpotentials, and gas crossover.
  • Collaborate with modeling teams to guide material and component optimization using DFT, CFD, and FEA insights.
  • Identify, evaluate, and implement novel electrochemical materials (e.g., non-precious catalysts, polymer membranes, advanced separators).
  • Develop and manage internal and collaborative research programs with academic and industrial partners.
